We are excited to now be open at two locations!
Our facilities are community artist studios located in Allston, MA. They are inspiring, clean, and inclusive environments for artists and musicians to progress their craft and create. Studio 52 is run by artists, for artists.
We're happy to offer hourly and monthly rentals at 138 Harvard Ave, as well as monthly rentals at 52 Everett St. Both are climate controlled and security monitored facilities. Your space and your equipment are protected by key card access and you can come & go as you please –– all for a flat monthly rate.

Studio 52 offers a variety of room sizes available for monthly lease at both of our facilities, providing artists with rehearsal space as a well as a home for their gear. Our facilities have video surveillance systems, onsite staff during the day, and onsite security at night. Once you sign a lease, you’ll be given personalized key cards to access the building, as well as individual keys for your room. All rooms are temperature controlled and include in-wall sound treatment. You have access to the building 365 days a year, between the hours of 8AM-3AM. If you need to access the building during any other time, please contact us to make arrangements.
hourly studios
Our full band room (pictured) comes backlined with a five piece drum set w/cymbals, two guitar combo amps, a bass combo amp, and PA system for $25/ HR.
Our drum room comes backlined with a four piece drum set w/cymbals for $15/HR.
Both are located at our 138 Harvard Ave facility.
